Was this helpful? Hi, Please follow the below steps to install and run the Self-healtool software to perform clean uninstall Go to Internet Explorer. A new icon will be created on the desktop with a name "Self-heal tool". Double click on it and in the drop down select the option "Clean uninstallation" and follow the steps on the screen.

Once down performing clean uninstallation please try re-installing the MSN client by going to membercenter. I tried to download the MSN Self Heal tool, the download occurs but no icon appears on the desktop and my search of the computer does not turn up this tool.

Please help. Note: If you see MSN Explorer listed in the "All programs" tab, another approach is to start the uninstall from there and if Revo Uninstaller Pro detects an appropriate log from its database it will be automatically used for the uninstall.
